Defamation:
Defamation is the communication of a false statements that harms the reputation of, depending on the law of the country, an individual, business, product, group, government, religion, or nation.

Slander:
If the offending material is published in some fleeting form, as by spoken words or sounds, sign language, gestures or the like, then it is slander.

Libel:
Libel is defined as defamation by written or printed words, pictures, or in any form other than by spoken words or gestures.

Proving libel
There are several things a person must prove to establish that libel has taken place. In the United States, 

1. a person must prove that the statement was false, 
2. caused harm, 
3. and was made without adequate research into the truthfulness of the statement. 

These steps are for an ordinary citizen. For a celebrity or public official, a person must prove the first three steps, 

4. and that the statement was made with the intent to do harm or with reckless disregard for the truth, 

 which is usually specifically referred to as actual malice.

#1 The videos speaks for itself. I have not made any false statements that the videos has not proven to be factual.
#2 I have not caused any harm to Songtradr.
#3 I have intensively researched each topic before publishing. My investigation discovered that Songtradr is manipulating its search results.
#4 Paul Wiltshire is a Public Figure and my investigation was not indented to harm but to educate future and current Songtradr members about this deceitful practice of manipulating the search results and not giving priority to paid Songtradr members.

Every statement made about Songtradr or Paul Wiltshire has been true to best of my research could provide. All of the issue with this search feature has been tested and has been researched and proven.

Paul Wiltshire's songs shows up first on every song title search. That is how his songs are getting licensed over Songtradr Pro Upgraded paid members. Songtradr Pro members pay $49 to upgrade their account to have "Increased Visibility" on the site. Which means Pro members should show up 1st during search results. In my other videos I've discovered that only Paul's songs shows up 1st and Featured Artists shows up 1st in the results regardless if they are upgraded or not. This is search result manipulation.
