We will go to "Manage storage". We will go to "WhatsApp messenger". Now you have to delete the data and select "delete". So, what you are doing here is you are deleting the previous backup whatever was there and once you have deleted the backup what you will do, you will again go back to WhatsApp. Then you will go to "Settings" here.
