2 tbsp (28 g) sugar
1 tsp chicken powder
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil
Dipping Sauce:
2 tbsp (25 ml) lemon juice
1 tsp cilantro
3 Thai chilies (chopped)
2 tbsp lemongrass (chopped)
2 tbsp garlic (crushed)
6 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
