Three days of national mourning are underway in Kenya for those killed in the Westgate shopping centre siege in Nairobi.
At least 67 people died including six members of the security forces.
Troops have moved into the shopping mall amid fears searches will uncover more bodies. A detailed police investigation has begun while throughout Nairobi security has been stepped up.
Eleven suspects are understood to have been detained. Officials said forensic experts are working to establish the nationalities of the terrorists but did not confirm earlier reports that British and American militants were involved in the attack.
Somalia's al Qaeda-linked al Shabaab movement - which claimed responsibility for the attack - has denied any women took part, amid speculation the fugitive widow of one of the 2005 London suicide bombers may have played a role.
