INGREDIENTS
▢2 Tablespoons olive oil
▢4 cloves garlic - -sliced thinly
▢4 cups Swiss Chard - - about 8 stalks
▢salt
▢ground pepper
▢1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
RECIPE NOTES
Note 1: If using mature chard, saute the stalks pieces first for a minute before adding the leaves so they can cook at the same time.
