✅ Ingredients:
• potatoes - 4,4 lb /2 kg
• minced meat - 1,1 lb /500 g
• milk - 2 fl oz /50 ml
• onion - 5 oz /150 g
• fresh parsley - 2 tbsp /5 g
• fresh cilantro - 2 tbsp /5 g
• butter - 3 oz /80 g
• vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
• ground black pepper - ⅓ tsp
• coarse red chili pepper - ⅓ tsp
• ground coriander - ½ tsp
• 1 eggs
• salt - to taste

📙 Preparation:
1. Fill the potatoes with water, salt to taste and boil until readiness. Drain and cook a puree - mash the hot potatoes, add 2 fl oz /50 ml of warm milk, 3 oz /80 g of butter and 1 egg, mix well until smooth.
2. Heat a pan, pour 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, add finely diced onion and fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add minced meat into the pan and mix well, throw in black pepper, red chili pepper, coriander and salt to taste, covet the lid and stew the stuffing, stirring periodically, for 10 minutes over low heat. Add finely diced parsley and cilantro, turn off the stove.
4. Butter the baking tray, lay the half of mashed potatoes, follow with all the fried minced meat and lay with another half of puree, oil it with the butter.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F /180˚C and bake the casserole for 30 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
