Better quality video demonstrating the look and functionality of modern headlight units and LED marker bulbs installed on a 944. Please note, the fog lights are still filament bulbs… for now.

The integrated turn signal in the headlight unit is something that I think is very beneficial considering how small these cars are and how low the front bumper signals/ marker lights are. During the day it’s easy to see the indicators especially with led bulbs installed. But during early morning/ dusk/ early evening/ and in overcast weather, having the ability to add another source of indication has been very helpful I’ve found. With the DRLs on in those instances help the car to stand out in traffic.

My own personal experience is that since adding these modifications to the car, people pull out in front of me less often, and people give me more room when I’m merging lanes. Just my .02 and thought I’d share.
