Harley Quinn and the dead cheerleader go trick or treating of off Montana Ave in La and it is truly the best place to go every year! All of the shops give out candy and some give out wine ! But on the side street, the house is decorated to a T! And there is even a portion of the blocks that are Shut down and have the whole street decorated and one house is a huge haunted house where the line is around the block to get in!!
