Today we visit what maybe the best Italian restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, Carbone located inside of The Aria Hotel & Casino. From the attention to detail, The Service, The Freshness of everything ordered. It started with The Appetizers, Followed by The Mains and Included The Dessert. Plus Nick @ThisisthewayLasVegas showed us a bonus treat about the inside of the restaurant not many people know about. Everything about this place was over the top, Definitely one of the most authentic Italian meals I've ever had on the Las Vegas strip.
