This is my favorite method for making boiled eggs easy to peel.
1. First, you’ll want to take a spoon and lightly tap the flatter end of your raw eggs until you hear the air bubble release.
2. Second, time to start boiling. Add your eggs to a deep pot and fill it with cold water so your yolks don’t turn green.
3. Once your eggs are nice and boiled, it’s time to peel. Running each egg under cold water, you’ll be able to easily remove the peels without them sticking.
Good thing to note, is it’s always better to use fresh eggs. You can also add a bit of white vinegar or salt to your water while you boil them.
