You've gotta make sure that Xudong and Munehisa both finish their dish first once, so you need to do the commission at least twice. You don't have to help both of them though; you could choose to help the same person both times, but just sabotage them one of the times so that the other person finishes first once.

Or you could be like Barbara and put out Xudong's cooking fire to be extra sure.
