Hyundai Motor Company has unveiled the first official teaser images of its new A-segment sub-compact electric vehicle: INSTER.
INSTER is derived from "intimate" and "innovative," reflecting the evolution from the Korea-only, petrol-powered CASPER, introduced in 2021. This new sub-compact electric vehicle is set to establish new standards in driving range, technology, and safety features, redefining expectations for vehicles in this class.
The images reveal a robust yet compact sport utility vehicle profile featuring signature light-emitting diode daytime running lights, pixel-graphic turn signals, and tail lamps that define the vehicle’s design. Hyundai has also outlined INSTER’s projected maximum range of 355 kilometers (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure) on a single charge.
INSTER is poised to make its global debut at the Busan International Mobility Show later this month, marking a significant step forward in Hyundai's commitment to innovative and environmentally friendly automotive solutions.
