Month 2 Day 3 Tone & Sculpt Program: [ Ссылка ]
Grab a mat, a set of dumbbells (3-5 lbs recommended) and something to hydrate with. This barre inspired workout will focus on strengthening your body as well as conditioning your body. Be prepared for high volume reps during this endurance packed workout. Not many breaks are given, so if you need to take one (or more), DO IT! : ) During the timed exercises, I recommend finding a pace you can maintain for the allotted time (you don't have to go with my pace). The unilateral (one sided) movements are pretty challenging, as an option you can use something sturdy to help brace yourself. This one left me dripping in a pile of my own sweat. The total workout time is just shy of 45 minutes, the stretching at the end will put you right around 47 minutes.
