I have a soft spot for sky facilities. The view and the ambience that it has to offer in the late evenings, not the mention the breath of fresh air.
This condo has the facilities on it's sky floor, all executed perfectly. For instance, it has a very useable and functional BBQ pit, with double pits, loads of preparation space, is covered (in the event it rains, which is usually the case of late here in KL) and it has tables and chairs!
The sky gym on the 55th floor also looks awesome, enjoying a breathtaking view of Banjaran Titiwangsa, although it doesn't look anywhere near the 4,500sqft+- size that was marketed by the developer.
