Ingredients
• 2 red peppers (400g)
• 100 g feta cheese
• 200 g anthotyro (Greek soft cheese)/ soft cheese
• 1 egg for the filling + 1 egg for the topping (optional), follow the video
• olive oil, salt, pepper, chilli flakes
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 25g chopped parsley
• 1tsp oregano
• 1tsp paprika
• balsamic vinegar dressing
Bake at 200C for 20min + 10min with eggs on top (optional)
