In this video, I show you how to tune a ukulele that has friction pegs (a opposed to geared pegs).
You can tell if your ukulele has friction pegs if they stick directly back (or down), perpendicular out from the head (as opposed to geared pegs, which would stick directly out sideways). Friction pegs are more sensitive to movement so they take a little more patience and smaller, more precise movements in order to get your strings perfectly tuned. Ukuleles with friction pegs tend to hold their tune better. I am using a clip-on tuner.
