Katherine Magbanua is set to be on trial May 16th of 2022 for conspiracy to commit murder of Dan Markel.
Dan Markel was murdered in his driveway July 18th ‘14. He was a law professor at Florida State University.
*As Judge Hakienson said, “even if a person immediately regrets what they have done after a crime, the jury is supposed to hold that person accountable for what they have done.”
