Many Airbnb hosts are reluctant to include negative feedback in the public review they write for their guests, even if it reflects the experience they had accurately.
Some hosts worry that writing a "bad review" can hurt their Airbnb business, that guests will retaliate and leave a bad review in return.
Others simply feel uncomfortable writing something negative, specially if they've met the guests.
I wanted a provide some guidance on this topic, so I've created a short video in which I discuss what hosts should do when the hosting experience wasn't completely satisfying.
Here's a quick summary
1) The Airbnb review system is double blinded, so there's no possibility of retaliation
2) Leaving a negative review for your guests doesn't hurt your Airbnb business
3) In my opinion, you should always leave an honest review, good or bad
