Tarrey Town is the town built by Hudson. After getting the house, talking to Hudson will reveal that he's being transferred north to the Akkala Region in Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Head to Tarrey Town and help Hudson build it from scratch. He'll ask Link for 10 bundles of wood then find someone with brute physical strength to get rid of the boulders.

Hudson will hint that he'll want a Goron and someone whose name ends in "son" so head to the Southern Mine in Zelda: Breath of the Wild then talk to a fellow named Greyson. This is easily done by waiting until night by the fire and Greyson will be there sitting beside it. Go back to Hudson and he'll ask for 20 bundles of wood. He'll ask for someone with a gift for tailoring with the name ending in "son." Head to Gerudo and look for a woman named Rhondson.

Finish "From the Ground Up" quest by giving Hudson more wood bundles if he asks and finding two more people for him. The third one is a person named Fyson located in Rito Village, a short glide away north of Tabantha Tower in Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The next is a priest named Kapson from Zora located behind the stairs that lead to the king and council chambers.

The quest will be done after talking to Bolson and watching Hudson's marriage ceremony in Zelda: Breath of the Wild. A man named Grante will be on a roof deck that can be accessed by climbing. Climb the side of the house, talk to him and he'll have a complete set of Climbing Gear, Barbarian Armor, and a Hylian shield.
