TMC MP Mahua Moitra took a potshot at the chairperson of NCW, Rekha Sharma with ‘Pajama’ jibe which sparked a controversy. Sharma was seen at the Hathras with someone holding the umbrella for her while she was on her way to meet the women victims. Journalist Nidhi Razdan took on X, asked why the chairperson did not hold the umbrella herself. Mahua Moitra replied to Razdan’s post and said that “Sharma is too busy holding up her boss’s pajamas”.
