Shapta with Tingmo at Khawa Karpo | Tibetan Food Vlog
Tingmo is a traditional steamed bread/bun made with Maida/All purpose flour. It does not have any filling but it goes incredibly well with Chicken/beef curry or Nepali Style Aloo Dum or even Spicy Momo chutney.
Ingredients
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 2 tbsp Yeast
• 300 gms Maida/All Purpose Flour
• Oil for brushing the dough
• Water for Kneading
