The NBA looks to announce expansion teams soon with Seattle and Las Vegas appearing to be in the driver's seat. However, there are several locations that you may want to include in the conversation should the NBA either relocate a franchise or expand. This is a list of my top 25. Some of these cities were selected based on their recent population growth, along with distance to another franchise. Other cities, although close to another franchise, appear to be in an area that can support multiple teams.
