This webinar presents several statistical techniques and other sources of information to identify positions in the SARS-CoV-2 genome which may be subject to positive selection, i.e., involved in adaptation, or negative selection, i.e. conserved during evolution. It also presents the genomic diversity and divergence of SARS-CoV-2 virus.
