As expected its kinda bad just on its own, both Lament and an Enhanced Surrounded Bequest are far better, but perhaps you could cook something up with 4th Horseman and Mask of Bakris? Will have to do more testing, but this is pretty telling I'd say. Anyways, enjoy!
