Making:
1 cup ric
3/4 cup moong dal
Fry moong dal
Wash well rice and fried moong dal
Cooking:
Add 6 cups water to washed rice and moong dal
cook well till it shows consistency, add salt as per taste.

Ginger, pepper, cumin, urad dal, chana dal, musturd seeds, green chilli, inguva, turmaric, curry leaves, cashew, red chilli.
Fry well all these in cow ghee.

Pour this in cooked rice moong dal mix and mix well.
Katte pongali ready.
