Close loop start with high frequency signal injection, then transit to sliding mode observer based field orientation control. The motor is sunnysky V2806, 12V power supply.Initial rotor location can be detected using ~10% duty cycle. Then the motor can start at ~300mA.
HFI initial rotor estimation uses only 45 ms, then, use ~1/4s to 150 rpm with a less agressive starting current of ~300mA. After that, the control shifts to BEMF based FOC control for high speed operation.
