WWE only uses full seconds to show how long a superstar lasted in the Royal Rumble match, with the exception of Santino Marella. They also don't seem to have specified what exactly counts as officially entering the Royal Rumble.

For entries 2-4, who are all listed as 2 seconds, I went off how many frames from both feet hitting the mat inside the ring (which is the only way Xavier Woods is 3 seconds), until both feet hit the floor outside the ring (standard elimination rules).
