Ever since he was born, Palka has had an extraordinary “farting ability”, a powerful energy that has hurt his father time and time again. Finally, after another fart attack from Palka, his father decides to live with his work and leaves the house for good. Since his father's departure, his sister Denise doesn't talk to him much and his mother spends her days in tears. As he grew older, Palka became more and more distressed, and instead of getting better, the farting problem got worse and worse, and the condition could happen at any time, regardless of the time or place. And every day, he has to endure the blank stares of teachers and the ridicule of his classmates, especially the bullying of Fatty Damon, which makes Parka fearful of school. Luckily, his best friend Alan is a child genius, and in order to help Palca solve this problem, Alan invents the Thunderbolt Pants, and from then on, he never has to worry about farting again. But even so, Palca can't regain his self-confidence.
