Hi.... today I am cooking tofu again. I like tofu because it has high protein. If you on diet, you also can eat tofu only. Okay.... let's check the ingredients :
250 g minced meat
25 g carrots, diced
2 pcs dried shiitake, soak, diced
2 stall spring onion
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
½ - 1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
a dash of pepper
2 tbsp corn starch
12-13 pcs of tofu puff
Steamed for 10 - 12 minutes with high heat.
Sause :
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 pcs shallots, chopped
½ cup water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp dark soy sauce
¼ tsp sugar
1 tbsp cooking wine ( optional )
little bit corn starch
