How to schedule an event for someone else's time zone in Google Calendar.
Google Calendar time zones can help you get an agreed time for a meeting that works for both of you.
#GoogleCalendar
If someone asks you to set up an event, but they only tell you their local time, you can create the event in Google Calendar, and then specify their time zone.
Google Calendar will translate this to your time zone, and put it in your calendar.
There are other ways to do this:
- use a tool such as Calendly (to set up a Calendly event, see this video here: [ Ссылка ])
- translate the time zone using an app or a website such as:
timebie.com
worldtimezone.com
- Or just look up the time zone in Google Calendar.
The Google calendar time zone lookup isn't terribly elegant, and you need to know what time zone the other person is in (not just their city, for example).
