It was described by Bono as 'a psychedelic pop song with 6/8 timing, you never hear that. It's very, very rare.' Nominated in the 'Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals' category at the 2007 Grammy Awards, the band performed 'Window' live for the first time in Japan on the Vertigo 06 Tour.
