The most dangerous time for stock markets is coming in 2024 (here's why). Two years ago, many people believed that when the Federal Reserve began to increase interest rates (from 2022 to 2023), that it would be a bad thing for the stock markets. Many analysts in 2022 were calling for a crash in the markets based on the Fed decision to raise interest rates. We disagreed with this view and argued that the stock markets could go higher - since the markets are not rational but instead move based on sentiment and emotion. Now that the markets have rallied considerably since then, economists and analysts are making the same mistake again but in a different way. In this video we explain the mistaken assumption that many people have today and what a Fed pivot - the decision by the Fed to cut interest rates - could have on the stock market in 2024. We look at the charts. #stockmarket #sp500 #alessiorastani
