Countess seems to be picked less often, through-out the last few patches, and personally I can kind of understand why - but I still feel like she is strong if played correctly and you are good at spacing and playing cooldowns correctly. Today's video also highlights the recently buffed World-breaker HP Build and honestly It's surprised I don't see this as much as I should!
