Block Band Music & Publishing, LLC is taking some time out to recognize women band directors in the field of Showstyle marching band.

Dr. Nikole Roebuck is director of bands for known of the world's most well-known HBCU Marching Bands, "The World Famed" Tiger Marching Band of Grambling State University.
