President Museveni and President Kagame of Rwanda have been praised for their instrumental roles in fostering enduring and harmonious relations between the two neighboring countries. The commendation came during the commemoration of the 29th Liberation Day anniversary, which took place at the residence of the Rwandan High Commissioner in Kololo and numerous dignitaries from the diplomatic corps.
The State Minister for Trade, Harriet Ntabazi, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
