INGREDIENTS
1 lb thin cut top sirloin beef
8 oz boneless chicken
8 oz bacon
8 oz smoked sausage
2 Roma tomatoes
1 small bell pepper
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp dried cilantro
salt to taste

Marinade for beef and chicken
3 Tbsp achiote marinade
2 Tbsp pickling liquid from pickled jalapeños
*divide between chicken and beef
