Recipe :
Ingredients :
Onion -1 ( small)
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Carrot - 1/2 cup
Green chillies -1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 TBSP
Coriander leaves
Oil - 1 TBSP
Salt
Add oil and onions, saute onions till they turn translucent .
now add green chillies, capsicum, carrot and saute for 5 minutes.
add turmeric powder, chilli powder, tomato ketchup, salt and mix well.
now add coriander leaves and mix well turn off the flame
keep this mixture aside.
Cut bread into triangles and add butter in to the pan, and toast bread one side, flip the bread and add spoon full of vegetable masala and spread the mixture and toast bread on other side by adding little butter.
Serve with ketchup
Toaster Oven,
Just add butter, bread and add vegetable masala and cover with another bread and toast
