Cocoa Powder: [ Ссылка ]
Maple Syrup: [ Ссылка ]
Calories: 378 | Protein: 10.1g
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup milk (you may use any milk, i used almond)
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Chill overnight or at least 4 hours before serving.
I used a 13oz/ 370g mason jar.
