This Heritage Film captures a historic event: the Lord Mayor of Cork, Cllr. Catherine Clancy wearing the traditional Cork Shawl and singing with the Cork Coal Quay Shawlies at the Cork Coal Quay Family Festival 2013; which celebrates the heart and soul of Cork City with its rich colourful heritage, tradition and culture.
