Curd - 4 tbsp (plain)
Ghee -2 tbsp (optional)

Cooked or boiled rice - 2 cups
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Onion -1/4 cup
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Black cardamom -1
Bay leaves -1
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Ghee -2 tbsp
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Salt to taste
