Donnie Hansen (played by Mark Rolston) revs his white supremacist sect by warning them of the impending threat of Tommy (played by Philip Rhee), who he anticipates will raid their compound with Sheriff Banning (played by Christopher McDonald) tonight. He lies to the mob that a "mud" has murdered Pastor Brian's (played by Ronald Lee Ermey) and that he's been appointed by God to serve as his successor.
Pastor Brian believed in non-violent, separation of whites from non-whites and had partnered with Donnie but when he discovered that his sect wanted total non-white annihilation by means of a race war, he denounced them. Donny and Tiny (played by Michael Bailey Smith) killed the reverend in anger and only one member of the gang, Owen Tucker (played by Peter Simmons) saw this happen.
He tells them that whites are the superior race who were created to rise high above non-whites (black, brown and yellow). This is arguably the best speech ever given by a white supremacist to galvanize and entice a mob into violence and racism. Absolutely love this movie!
