Ingredient
1 Head of Cabbage
32 oz Of Mozzarella
2 pounds of Ground Beef
40 oz Rao Tomato Sauce
3 Eggs
3lbs ricotta (can substitute cottage cheese)
1.5 cups of Parmesan Cheese
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Assemble the desired amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the casserole dish
2. Layer the boiled cabbage leaves on top of the meat sauce
3. Top the boiled cabbage leaves with the desired amount of ricotta
4. Layer the cheese combination with mozzarella
5. Repeat steps 1 - 4 (sauce, leaves, ricotta, and mozzarella)
6. Place in the oven at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
