This video will explain how to serve documents by e-mail, complete the Proof of Electronic Service and file the Proof of Electronic Service with the Court.
Jessica Ryan Keeney is licensed to practice law in the State of California. She is the Department of Child Support Services (aka DCSS) attorney for two small, rural California counties. She has been practicing family law since December of 2009 when she was sworn in as an attorney in California. Before that she worked as a law student for a family law attorney starting in the end of her second year of law school until she graduated from law school (it was a four year law school program).

Judicial Council forms can be filled out online and printed once completed or they can be printed then filled out by hand. None of the counties Jessica practices in requires typed forms. If you are going to hand write on your forms, be sure that your writing is legible.
