Daily COVID-19 cases are now ranging between the three to four-thousand mark. Monday's
report saw 3,553 new infections. One-third of these cases came from Metro Manila. Independent researchers flag increasing positivity rates or the number of people testing positive for COVID-19, among all those tested, at least 19 provinces saw higher positivity rates at over 20%.
