With age the skin will begin to change. Facial changes begin slowly at age 25 and become apparent at age 35.

Let's get started
Step 1
------------------
Use your fingers to massage up and down the scalp.
Starting from the temple area, move it backwards for 20 seconds.
Place the palm of your hand on your forehead, massage in a circular motion 10 times,
do the other side 10 times.
Place your palms between your eyebrows. Move left and right 20 times.
Place your palm on the bridge of your nose. Place your elbows on the table.
Bend your head for 20 seconds.
Put your knuckles on your eyebrows. Place your elbows on the table.
Lower your head and hold the head of your eyebrow for 5 seconds.
Move to the center of the eyebrows. Press and hold for 5 seconds.
Move to the tip of the eyebrow. Press and hold for 5 seconds.
Do the other side
Step 2
------------------
Use your knuckles to massage. From the cheeks to the middle towards the temple, do 4 rounds.
Place your palms on your cheekbones and turn fingers to temples.
Place your elbows on the table. Bend your head for 20 seconds.
Do the same on the other side.
Use your index finger to touch your nose and the other index finger pulls the cheek line up. Hold for 20 seconds.
Do the same on the other side.
Massage to relax the muscles around the wings of the nose.
Place your knuckles under the cheekbones and put elbows on the table. Tilt your face and hold for 20 seconds.
Do the same for the other side.
Open your hand and press your thumb in front of your ear.
Open your mouth slightly. Hold for 5 seconds. Do 3 times.
Step 3
------------------
Bend your index finger and massage your chin for 20 seconds.
The thumb is pressed under the chin and the index finger is placed on top.
Massaged from the tip of the chin up, Do 20 seconds.
Step 4 Lymphatic drainage to reduce facial swelling. (Apply nourishing cream first)

Use your palm to rub your forehead several times and running down your neck.
Place your hand on the side of your index finger at the cheek line and push it out several times to the side, running down your neck.
Place your hand on the tip of your chin. Push it up to your ear several times and flow it down your neck.
Finished, Do this massage 1-2 times a week.
