How do I create a relief in ArtCAM?
Solution:
Open ArtCAM Standard/Premium.
Drag the image that you want to turn into a relief, into ArtCAM from your computer.
Set Height or Width in X or Y.
Then set the Height in Z and click OK.
Click the light bulb next to Bitmaps to see the relief that ArtCAM automatically created.
How do I make a toolpath in Artcam?
At the bottom of the control pane (left side of the screen), find the Toolpaths tab, and click it. This will bring up the complete set of toolpath generation and posting tools (left).
What is roughing toolpath used for?
A roughing toolpath is generally used in the CAD/CAM cnc programming phase for removing the most amount of material possible, as accurately and as efficiently as possible
