This is a how to 5/3/1 video. We're going to break down the program and explain how it works, how to calculate weights, sets, reps, and programming. 5/3/1 has evolved a lot over the years and we'll hit on some of those changes so that you can see how powerful and moldable the program is to your needs and wants.
This video will take you step by step on how to run this program and we'll talk about our results, thoughts, and experiences on it after running it for 15 cycles. We've both gained some strength and broken a lot of PRs and hope this video helps you do the same.
