With the release of Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015.3, a sleek proxy workflow is now available to Premiere editors. One (of a few) caveats is, however, that any footage that has been interpreted in your Premiere project (such as high frame rate footage that needs to play back in slow motion) does not play nicely with attached proxies. This video explores the problem and how and why it shows up, and then offers a fairly simple workaround to overcome the problem and be able to use your interpreted footage in the proxy workflow.
