10 cap valuation method from Phil Town // Does Micron stock pass the test? // Ever since Mohnish Pabrai and Li Lu invested heavily into Micron, I've been trying to reverse-engineer why they are so bullish on the company. In this video I use Phil Town's 10 cap stock valuation approach to see what Micron is made of.

It did well with a few caveats... the 2019 operating cash flow numbers are perhaps overly optimistic compared to recent figures, and it's difficult to accurately estimate maintenance capital expenditures as compared to total CapEx.
