Travel back in time to Whitby Abbey. The cows and horses are grazing peacefully, the water reflects the morning rays and the monks can be heard chorusing their morning devotions.
The Gregorian Chant was developed in the 9th and 10th centuries. The sacred devotions to God are as poignant now, as they were then.
